ARMOR-IIMAK is proud to welcome Alejandro Cuomo as our new Vice President of Sales, North America. With more than two decades of experience at ARMOR-IIMAK, Alejandro brings a deep understanding of our business, our partners, and what it takes to build sustainable growth in competitive markets.

A Proven Leader with a Global Perspective

Alejandro joined ARMOR-IIMAK in October 2001 and has been a driving force behind the company’s success in Latin America ever since. From launching our business in the region to appointing our first distributors—many of whom remain trusted strategic partners today—Alejandro helped lay the foundation for long-term success.

Over the years, he has:

  • Built, recruited, trained, and coached high-performing sales teams across LATAM
  • Supported the startup of ARMOR-IIMAK subsidiaries in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia
  • Played a key role in expanding our presence across critical growth markets

In 2022, Alejandro also led the successful integration of the Armor and IIMAK sales teams in Latin America, unifying them into one strong organization while maintaining performance and momentum during a period of significant change.

Alejandro’s move into the North American role is driven by purpose, not position.

Taking on the Challenge Ahead

North America represents one of the most competitive markets in our industry, and Alejandro is clear-eyed about what it will take to succeed.

Under his leadership, the North American sales organization will focus on strengthening partnerships, evolving strategies to meet market realities, and reinforcing ARMOR-IIMAK’s position as a trusted, value-driven leader.

Alejandro will be based at our Amherst, NY site and will lead our North American sales team with the same energy, discipline, and customer-first mindset that has defined his career.
